Adding hardware and supplies
When you add hardware to your quote, we first define where your event will take place and which price level applies — pricing varies greatly by region.
Our platform is printer-agnostic — tabletop inkjet, desktop laser, or industrial badge printers, with paper or plastic stock. Rent from partner inventory by the day or week, or purchase your own printers and supplies.
Localized servicing through regional partners — across the USA and Canada, EMEA, and APAC — means onsite setup, support, and supplies are handled by partners close to your event, so you deploy with the right hardware and local expertise while keeping overall costs down.

Check-in Hardware
To run the CredsNow check-in platform onsite, you will need to deploy some laptops and/or tablets. Our Budget Builder will help you calculate how many units you should plan on deploying to handle your desired throughput. As a general rule and for aesthetic purposes, we recommend installing 2 check-in stations per printer. For each printer, one of these stations will be used as a print controller, running our Print Agent. You will also be able to use this hardware as a badge assistance station, if needed. You will be responsible for securing internet connectivity within the area of deployment as well as any furniture or counters needed for the design of your check-in area.

As a general rule, CredsNow doesn't charge you for using the 3rd party integrations listed on our website. We also actively add new 3rd party integrations whenever there is an opportunity to service a client that uses a new platform. This allows us to constantly increase the number of online registration and data management platforms we support.
Contact us if you want us to integrate your event registration system or online data management tool with CredsNow's onsite check-in, distributed badge printing, and our other onsite services.
In some cases, clients require custom integrations and CredsNow will provide quotes upon a thorough review of the requirements.

How does pay-as-you-go pricing work?
Create your account and use the features you need. You have access to all modules and functionality, and only pay for what you use at your event. Pricing is right-sized to your event — add hardware, partner services, or do it yourself.
What's included in the software only option?
You use our platform to provide your onsite badge solution with your own staff, hardware, and supplies. You pay an Event Setup Fee per event, a Print Agent License (software license per active printer), volume-based attendee fees that decrease as attendance grows, plus session access and lead retrieval when you need them.
Can I pre-print badges before the event?
Yes. Use our Service Bureau to design and order pre-printed badges, cards, and passes shipped to you — then switch to onsite check-in and on-demand printing for walk-ups and last-minute adds.
What is the Budget Builder?
The Budget Builder is part of our Agentic Project Management tools and it includes our own algorithm to calculate your optimal hardware quantities to meet your desired throughput speed on opening day. Build onsite event budgets in real time, right-size spend across products and services, and see totals before you commit.
Do you offer partner or full-service delivery?
